How to transfer my Kicad work to Proteus interface?

No, KiCad doesn’t natively export to other formats for other EDA software packages, at least for the time being. There are at least two practical reasons for that. First, most commercial EDA file formats are closed, i.e. secret. It’s very difficult and time consuming to reverse engineer such a format. There is nothing stopping Labcenter developing a KiCad importer. They know their own data structures and KiCad’s are public and not encrypted. You pay for Proteus licences which should be funding this.

CAD programs usually only supply the method of entry from somewhere. They don’t supply the method of exit to somewhere.
You should ask Proteus for the importer.
