attached drill drawings are used by some of our customers for brief inspection of incoming boards. Is that possible to generate with Kicad (or Gerber Viewer ?)

On PCB Editor you can use the aligned linear dimension tool and use the user.drawing layer.
Ok for this - but its not the drill table seen below what shows the hole sizes
I don’t know about version 6, I use version 5.
In version 5, you can Plot Gerbers/etc and generate: Drill Map and Report…
You get the drill positions/locations from the .drl file.
