IMO PCBs should always look pretty, tracks should be evenly spaced where it has no negative effect.
I move them manually after an initial placement. I usually try to use a grid no finer than 0.1mm and its then not too hard to count grid dots for even spacing. I dont know of an automated way to do it however to be honest if there was one the software would probably end up placing them on whacky centres way finer than 0.1mm that make future work difficult.
