Hierarchical libraries?

I would like the introduction of hierarchical libraries. Is there any plan for that?

I mean libraries possibly being collections of other libraries. If you don’t like the idea of “hierarchical libraries”, you could call that “collections”, which is fine with me.

So far, libraries are just manageable as a flat list, which makes organizing a large list of libraries unconvenient.
