Footprint with Cutout or Drillhole on the Board

Hi everybody,
i play a little bit with the foorprint editor. I design a Footprint for a Omron B3F-4055. The pads are not the problem.
The switch have two positioning “Pins” on the bottom.

Is there a way to add Drillholes or Cutouts in a Footprint?

In case of round pins, use a pad with drill-size == pad-diameter.
