I just noticed this footprint is missing

I hereby certify that I am not asking at all someone else to design a footprint for me.

This is an auto-generated message that is in place on the “footprints” section of the KiCad.info forum. If I remove it and ask for a footprint to be designed anyway, I understand that I will be subject to forum members telling me to go design my own footprint or referring me to a 3rd party footprint site.

Why a footprint points to a 3D model but the model file doesn't exist?

3D Settings of a footprint can have a path to a 3D model set even though the corresponding model file doesn’t exist. In fact, it is a clear requirement by the kicad library convention rule F9.3 point 1 that every footprint in the official KiCad library must have a default model path set even if the 3D model does not exist in the library. I don’t get the point of your link. Sorry.
The path is ok, as you can see from my screenshot. there are other 3D Models but not this. And all are standard KiCAD models.

And the article behind the link tells why, if you read it carefully. Even the topic subject tells two things:

1. a footprint points to a model (i.e. path is OK)
2. the 3D file doesn’t exist.

As far as I can see, this is your case.
