Error: Pin of type power output and output are connected

I am working on a PCB project and getting same same error again and again. (pin of type power output and output are connected)
Can this error/ warning neglected if not what is the solution ?

This has been beaten to death.
Check your symbols and don’t connect outputs together. Very bad practice (as in letting out the smoke of your parts).

Don’t try to cut corners by not drawing a schematic. A very recent thread covered this.
