Error loading footprint

I will ask a question because a problem occurred.

I’m doing artwork with cvpcb.
Try to put the prop hole and your own image
I opened the footprint library
Error loading footprint
Causes nothing to appear in the library.
Footprints are project specific libraries
Plugged into kicad.
What is the cause of being unable to read?

Version: Kicad 4.0.7

We would need at least the full error message. A tip for that: switch kicad to english when posting on an international forum. (kicad main window -> preferences -> language)

Point 1: The current version of kicad is 5.1.4. Version 4 is no longer maintained. So you might consider updating sometime in the near future. FAQ articles that might be interesting to read for this:

• Converting KiCad version 4 projects to version 5 (Remap a project)
• I had KiCad 4 installed previosly. Now i updated to v5. Now i have some problems with the library setup (might not be relevant to you if you truly do not use the official libs at all)

Regarding your error messages: It seems kicad assumes these to be github urls. Make sure the plugin column does not read “github”.

According to this person’s procedure
After re-installing kicad5.1.4, all circuit symbols were loaded.
However, some footprints cannot be read.

You still have the old libs in the library table of course they can’t be read. Check the library manager (found in the tools menu) and see where the lib “Antennas” is added. (I choose this lib as it is one that does not exist in a similar way in the version 5 library)
