Does KiCad support cross reference in Schematic?

cross reference to what? - ‘to layout’ the answer is yes.

Cross-referencing is not cross-probing
Cross-referencing in KiCad would be jumping to the appropriate schematic page when a hierarchal label is clicked on another page. Other ECAD tools (e.g. CADSTAR) even allow selecting what page you want to jump to.

So the answer to the OP question is “No, it doesn’t”.
