in my pcb project i would need to continue some pads until the edges including its external part. Is there a way in KiCad to set this feature? How can I achieve my target?

The word you’re looking for is ‘castellation’.
Most fabs will do version 1 up there without any hesitation, just place the PTH on the edge and they will mill through it.
Be aware that you need to have some more copper attached to the PTH to avoid the milling bit ripping the plated hole copper out of there. If won’t look pretty, but the residual burrs come easy off if this is just for prototypes.
Even better if you got a multilayer board, then you can add additional anti-rip out copper on layers between.
Anything more clean or advanced (version 2) needs discussion with your fab house (plated slots or edges).
