Connect 2 tracks without netlist re read KiCad 4

I cant find in google how to do it. I tried “Preferences - general - Enforce design rulles when routing” but that did not fixed it.

‘tried’ as in ‘switched it off’ or ?!

Did you restart trace mode after you changed it?

Well exit the trace mode (press ESC) and then reenter it (shortcut x or press the button in the right toolbar)
