Cannot to select the item 5.99 version

i cannot to select the item on PCB layout, so i can’t to erase it .

AND i had the project is EDITABLE now so remove my topic please.

I think I have a similar problem.

I locked some Vias and traces using Kicad 5.99 and installed 6.0 today. Now, these Vias cant be clicked, selected and don`t show options.

Check if you did not de-select “Vias” from the selection filters (it’s one of the 5.99/6.00 features)

I tried locking some other traces and footprints. After they are locked, they cant be clicked anymore. Am I doing something wrong? toggle a trace with “L” locks it, when hovering with my mouse, but it does not unlock it.

I have fixed my issue with editing the schematic in an editor. I found the solution in Locked PCB design

changing

(via locked (at 152 84.5) … ) to (via (at 152 84.5) … )

deleting “locked” does the trick.

As Fred said, there’s the selection filter, and if Locked items is unchecked you can’t select locked items.
