Track widths can automatically be set in Kicad using “Net classes” in the File > Schematic (and PCB) Setup . See here in the Kicad Docs.

I think it’s an Autorouter question so I edited it to External Plugins . . . I’m guessing the Autorouter does it’s thing in skinny track mode then the user has to fix it.
But as I said, it’s a guess . . .
I don’t like guesses.
KiCad does not have an autorouter. It does have an built in interactive router, and there is a “fake autorouter” with the f shorcut key that can finish a track to the closest point of the same net. But overall, provide a better description of what you are attempting to do and what functions / plugins you are using.
if you meaning the freerouting plugin for kicad it follows the netclasses (the master) as a slave= what you set in net classes it follows and its quick . check this realtime action-movie
