Mask to copper clearance

I have changed the clearance at Board Setup. But the design have remained.

I’m using Ver.9.0.4.

Your changed value does not change the design: read the popup help message if you hover the cursor over the edit field: this value is only relevant for the DRC.

I don’t know what you want to achieve, but you may try to change the “solder mask expansion” value.

I could add clearance of register mask around copper using “Solder mask expansions” menu.

Maybe, Ver.5 or older version was using “Solder mask to copper clearance” menu to do this.
