I recently rev’d a board. I was rushed the first time, so the second time through I took the time to make the schematic BOM friendly and I rearranged some things to be a little nicer looking. This led to a disaster when I imported my netlist into PCBnew. All of the passives and IC’s were in the incorrect spots because they were annotated differently in EESchema. So now I am in a sticky situation, because all of these incorrect components forced the tracks that they were connected to, to become that new net. This new net is the wrong net and I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to connect some component to a track and then force the track to become the same net as the pin? That sure would save me a bunch of time, but I shot myself in the foot by laying out the first board from a god awful schematic I guess.
