How to edit appended board

Hello everyone, it is the first topic I am posting.

I have made one appended board, which is made by two PCBs of one schematic and netlist. PCBs layouts are mirroring each other.
So there are two PCBs on one board, and the annotations are duplicated.

And now I would like to modify the appended board.
But if I load the netlist of modified schematic kicad cannot change both PCBs’ connections and footprints correctly.
It only show changing in one side but not in both sides.
and probably because the annotation are duplicated, one PCB’s connections are not changed correctly.

Then now I would like to ask how to modify the appended board easily,
or I have to change each PCB then append again.
Or any other suggestions?

This, unfortunately.
KiCAD is not yet capable of things like that.
Needs major works on the Schematic part of the tool to even start thinking about this.. but it’s on developers minds nonetheless.

Um… may I have any design suggestions for easy modification if I design something like this again.
So I will not make myself in same trouble.
