So how do I install any of these on Windows?

It’s OK, I worked out that I needed to add the directory with the PI to \Users\myusername\KiCad/6.0/scripting/plugins. Could I have also have added it to \Users\Public\Documents… ?

I don’t think so. Officially only the locations in Preferences → Configure Paths… and in plugins for manual user installation (don’t know if the environment variables would accept multiple paths).
