Drill file documentation

Hi there,

I am about to write a post processor, so that the drill file can be converted and used on our cnc-milling machine. Is there documentation available. Certainly, some commands are clear to me, but others are not 100%.

Yes it’s documented, it’s the standard Excellon drill file format.

There is/was a python script somewhere on the Yahoo kicad-users group message board that does this. I borrowed a large part of it a few years ago to convert geda excellon files to gcode files.
