Cant connect through pads on both sides

Hi everyone,

I designed a footrint for a screw terminal that has two connectors with the same number, when i connect them in the pcb its working, but when i try to connect them on the other side (bottom) the first side track (top) just disappears, when I reconnect the top, the bittom dissappears, what could be the solution? (i tried it without the ground plane)

From the top menu:

Route → Interactive Router Settings (or “Ctrl + <“)

and untick “Remove Redundant Tracks” (top right):
