Are these wiring and layout diagrams okay for making a PCB?" or "Is this type of wiring and layout diagram acceptable for PCB fabrication?

I’m a beginner and I’m not good at using Kicad.
I’m trying to make the pin holes (like in the image/diagram) white (non-photosensitive) on the film for photo-etching a PCB.
However, when I overlay the drill file onto the bottom copper layer (trace diagram) using Gerber files, the drill holes don’t get ‘knocked out’ as white, but instead turn black.
I want to expose this onto a photosensitive PCB. Is there a solution for this issue?
Also, as mentioned, I only want the traces on the bottom layer.

This is an addition to my previous request. I am planning to create a PCB using a photosensitive board based on the wiring and layout diagrams shown below. Will it be possible to print onto the photosensitive board with this kind of design?
